The hotel had accommodating and consistently courteous staff. The location was marvelous for the Downers Grove area. I greatly enjoyed this functional hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel was well-kept with attentive personnel. Had a free breakfast, a tastefully decorated room with an absolutely stunning view. A storage and heating were all available. The location was decent, with the Fresh Meadow Golf Club a short walk away. I enjoyed that the hotel was a convenient 21 minutes drive from the airport.

Room had a nice view of a park from the window, making it a pleasant sight to wake up to. 🌳 The bathroom was practical and had everything I needed for my stay.

Being a short person, the bed was too high, making it difficult for me to get in and out of bed. This made my stay less comfortable and convenient.

The cleanliness (especially with young children, you want to be confident you can put them on the floor to play and when you pick them up their hands are not black and filthy!), the security and feeling safe, as a single mom travelling with young children I felt completely safe in the area and secure in that hotel. I love the fact you have to use your hotel key to get in to the hotel after 11pm, love that. The rate was awesome. I truly felt the value was one of the best elements of our stay.

Check in at 1:30am was a little lengthy and the gentlemen helping me was not super friendly (especially at that un-Godly hour!), however it was no big deal to me.

The room was great. Loved the big king size bed. Pillows were comfy, and I'm picky about that. I often have a hard time getting a good night sleep when I travel, but this place was not a problem.

The breakfast serving area seemed small. There were too many people waiting for a place to sit and eat. Management should consider a larger serving area on the weekends.

Great location close to a large fitness center, Oak Brook mall, airport, and Oak Park west of the hotel. Budget-friendly establishment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for the price. The availability of outlets, especially next to the bed, was very convenient for charging my electronics while I slept. I would recommend Four Points for a good value stay.

The hot breakfast was hot and inviting. 24 hour coffee was greatly appreciated. The pricing was OK for what we got.

The hotel is conveniently located in a beautiful area with easy access to a large fitness center and corporate center nearby. The room was modern and updated with a very comfortable bed.

The hotel was beautifully kept, especially the street view. The room was brand-new and updated, equipped with air conditioning and ample storage. The staff was extremely helpful and patient. The restaurant here was fantastic, serving tasty dishes.
